Geraldine Pettit, 86, of Versailles, formerly of Osgood passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013 at her home. She was born in Bedford on February 7, 1927. She was married to Dallas Robertson on January 10, 1948 and he preceded her in death on December 12, 1977. She was married to Herman Pettit on June 20, 1992 and he preceded her in death on March 18, 2007. Survivors include two sons Douglas (Dawn) Robertson of Indianapolis and Mark (Melody) Robertson of Bargersville; one daughter Janice (Willy) Watts of Madison; one step-son Richie (Darlene) Pettit of Osgood; two step-daughters Jerri (Doug) Thayer of Osgood and Darinda Peetz of Napoleon; three grandchildren Ginger (Shannon) Lindsey of Madison, Justin Robertson, and Ally Robertson both of Indianapolis; 5 great-grandchildren; three brothers Patrick Wilson of Odon, Don (Sandy) Wilson, and Russell (Barb) Wilson both of Indianapolis; one sister Sally Curran of Indianapolis. She was also preceded in death by her sister Mary Baugh. Mrs. Pettit was a 1945 graduate of Bedford High School.
