Evelyn Lillian Stille, age 87 of Batesville, IN passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Kindred Traditional Care & Rehabilitation in Carmel, IN. Born December 20, 1925 in Batesville, IN the daughter of the late Elmer & Marcella (Bosse) Gessel. She married Bruce Stille on August 22, 1946 in Kentucky and he preceded her in death on September 6, 1985. She retired from Kroger after many years.
Evelyn, a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Huntersville is survived by her daughter Deborah (Darrell) Mowery of Indianapolis, IN and sons Donald (Ramona) Stille of Grand Rapids, MI and David (Nellie Yoho) Stille of Bloomington, IN. She will also be missed by 7 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by her sister Marjorie Kingsley.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 10, 2013 from 4-7pm at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN. Funeral Services will be Monday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Rev. David Johnston officiating.
