Dearborn County Hospital will host its 32nd annual Health A Fair Saturday beginning at 7 a.m. to noon at the hospital in Lawrenceburg.The hospital will also host a similar health fair at the Miami Centr in Cleves April 13.
The event offers a range of screenings and exhibits for those 18 and older. Some of the free screenings include pulmonary function, blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure, foot and height/weight. Free colorectal cancer kits will be available for home use. An optional blood chemistry analysis for cholesterol will be offered for $50 with results mailed to the physician and home. A 12 hour fast is recommended prior. Also, a prostate cancer screening will be available for $10.
Registration is available at US Bank in Aurora and Dillsboro, Mainstore Bank in Rising Sun, Lawrenceburg Adult Center, Dearborn Adult Center and the Dearborn Co. Hospital lobby.
