Jimmy Darrel Jacobs, age 57 of Versailles, IN formerly of North Vernon, IN passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at South Central Indiana Hospice in Columbus, IN. Born February 2, 1956 in Knot County, KY he was the son of the late Noah Sr. & Amy (Slone) Jacobs.
Jimmy is survived by his sons Jimmy Jr., & Jeremy Jacobs and their mother Angie (Peterson) McCubbins, step son Michael Peterson, several grandchildren, nieces & nephews. He will also be missed by his sisters Carol Seals, JoAnne Seibert, Willa Burns, Gloria Asche, & Nora Pennington and brothers Noah Jacobs Jr. & Rodney Jacobs.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 11am until time of services at 1:00pm all at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN with Pastor Steve Culp officiating.
