First responders believe a driver may had a seizure or heart attack before a crash yesterday.
Marshall Totten of Brookville was on US 52 near 2nd Street in Cedar Grove when the vehicle went left and struck a fence and guard rail. He was found unconscious with minor abrasions to the face. The accident happened at 11:37 a.m. Franklin County Sheriffs Department investigated.
